Addressing Subtle Acts of Exclusion Workshop

At the MAA Seaway Section Meeting, Math Club learned about how to be a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) knight in math. We felt this topic was incredibly important and heard interest from our members so instead of holding a regular Math Club meeting next week, our President, Kaija Hoyt, is hosting a workshop on workplace microaggressions (Subtle Acts of Exclusion). This workshop will take place on Thursday, April 17th at 4pm in MCC 210. The session is open to anyone interested and is a great opportunity for professional development as it may help you deal with difficult work situations.
