What Color Are You Anyway?

Oz Leads hosts Mike Paestella, Associate Director of Leadership Development in presenting a dynamic and interactive program on how you engage in leadership.
Participants will be introduced to different colors that reflect personality types/traits and determine which one best reflects them. Then they will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their color prior to engaging with other participants in scenarios where they engage from their color's point of view. This program is great for anyone involved in student organizations, teams, hall councils, discussion based classes and community groups.
