The Accounting Society is an academic organization of the State University of New York at Oswego. The purpose of the organization is to help students through college and in their careers. The organization has no restrictions to join and is open to all students and majors. The Accounting Society seeks to bring students together as friends and classmates to improve their time spent at SUNY Oswego. The club brings in professionals from the field to speak about various topics including the CPA exam, the big four accounting firms, and more.

The Asian Student Association exists to involve students in Asian culture, as well as to provide an Asian/Asian-American community to SUNY Oswego. We offer students opportunities to learn about different aspects of Asian cultures in interactive programs hosted biweekly. Examples of these educational experiences include Asian regional ethnic studies and DIY cooking and art. We also provide resume-building opportunities such as an Executive board committee implemented in our organization. We occasionally host special events on campus to encourage the SUNY Oswego community to become involved with Asian cultures, such as annual holiday celebrations or festivals. We also will implement a dance subgroup within the association to have a creative output to the Asian Student Association. These activities within the Asian Student Association give the students an interactive break from their regular school routine but also encourages continued learning along the way. The organization's community will provide
the chance for students to learn from each other and build relationships and networks. The Asian Student Association will also collaborate with other ALANA organizations to further strengthen cultural relationships throughout the campus community.

The chemistry club is an academic organization primarily dedicated to giving students assistance with their chemistry club by offering free tutoring. We are also an affiliate of the ACS (American Chemical Society). A nationally reorganized organization in the science fields. It is not mandatory for any student to be a member of ACS because there are dues involved, however we do strongly encourage it. The Chemistry club also tries to bring a social environment where students and professors can mix on the same level. We help our members and other students see what they can do with their chemistry/science degrees. The club also wants to show that chemistry can be fun to the campus and the community.

As ceramic artists, we cherish our medium because it comes purely from the Earth. We are able to manipulate our medium and adorn it with decoration of glazes and mixed media.

The purpose of the proposed new student organization is to provide and show students the fishing opportunities in and around SUNY Oswego. This will allow for them to be able to network with fellow fisherman and share their passion. In addition, the fishing club will educate them on feeding habits of fish and how to increase their catch rate while fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
The organization will help in showing students how a fishery is an ecosystem that needs to be respected and sustained, especially within the cold-water salmonid fisheries around Oswego.
Things that will be learned on the water include, but are not limited to, holding areas of fish and why they hold there, respecting redds (spawning areas for salmonids) and sensitivity of fish.
Through these on the water teachings, the organization will educate its members on environmental quality, especially within water quality in local bodies of water such as the Oswego and Salmon Rivers.
The goals and objectives of the club are to provide its members with an opportunity to learn and/or improve upon their fishing skills, techniques, and spot selection. Other goals include learning new things within the fishing sport, such as how to improve catch rates and how to not
fight a fish to exhaustion.
The fishing club veers off from most other organizations on campus, as it is a recreational sport not already in club form on campus. The closest club is the Outdoors Club, which the fishing club would be very different from because it would provide solely fishing information and activities that are not available via the Outdoors Club, which goes on things like hikes. The fishing club provides a new opportunity to those students interested.

Whereas the art exhibitions in Tyler Art Gallery provide a regular and ongoing opportunity for SUNY Oswego students to view original works of art of high professional quality,

SA has a budget of $1.5 million to allocate to our many active and passionate student-run organizations, while also funding larger services for the student body such as OCO's reproductive health services on campus and Centro's shuttle services into the city of Oswego.

Golden Z Club of SUNY Oswego focuses on educating the campus of SUNY Oswego on women's issues by holding weekly meetings, volunteer events, women's retreats, holding special events on Women’s international day, and donation drives.
Golden Z Club of SUNY Oswego supports women who have been victims of abuse and exploitation by functioning primarily as a referral service so that these survivors can find an appropriate place that will adequately offer assistance.

This organization was established in pursuit of decreasing the following statistic; every "Two And A Half" minute, someone is sexually assaulted in the United States of America. Through outreach, weekly informational forums, and providing resources and information to the SUNY Oswego Campus and surrounding community, we seek to be a part of the decrease in such frequent violation of human rights. This organization is dedicated to not only sexual assault awareness, but all other human rights violations that for so long have been taboos to discuss or seek help for such as domestic violence, incest, and child abuse.

To provide interested students the opportunity of performing in a large choral ensemble.
To perform at least one public concert each semester for the campus and Oswego community.
The number of concerts will be determined at the discretion of the Director.
To bring credit to SUNY Oswego through its public performances.
These ensembles are open to all students, regardless of major. These choirs provide an opportunity for the student to become acquainted with choral literature and participate in rehearsal and concert performances of such literature.
University Choirs is recognized as a Student Association Organization, as well as a course that can be taken through the Music Department at SUNY Oswego. Variable credit zero to one repeatable for a total of eight credits. The course is offered in the Fall and Spring semesters.
